After a sudden life changing event, I found Renew Health Retreat. I was hesitant to reach out to Australia for help, though it is the best thing I have done. The accommodation is stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean. The beautiful ladies who came for the Restorative Pilates classes and Massage, are the most calm, caring and stunning people. The evening deliveries of lovingly prepared food are such a treat. The learning was a challenge for me, though the beautiful coaches are there for you every step of the way, ensuring you fully understand all the completely new information. Wow! What an experience it has been. Since I arrived, I came into this beautiful, friendly environment, which is quiet and has lots of open space. I am not a vegan, and the food is amazing, with lots of variety and there is plenty of it. I haven't eaten so much and so well, differently. I feel better for the nurturing food.

I have gained a lot of knowledge and Wisdom and I have learnt to connect with myself and release my stress, anxiety and depression. I can now recognise and transform the 5 elements, expanding from inaccurate thinking to truth, from within myself. There is a lot of help and support to help me relax and gain as much information and experience as I can while I am here. A friend recommended Renew to me, as they had attended a program with Jaye, many years ago. When I found the courage to call, Jaye was very comforting and she made the whole process so easy and she made sure everything suited my needs every step of the way. The food was surprising. I never expected that Vegan Food could be so tasty. The accommodation was comfortable and quiet and the evenings gave me much needed down time. 

I would would recommend this Retreat to anybody really. My coach has completely transformed my view on stress, anxiety and depression. She has introduced me to a new process of thinking, enabling me to have a better view point and relationship with myself. I am much more realistic and I can already see myself implementing new strategies in my lifestyle. I look at my past struggles and with my new knowledge, I could have transformed those situations long ago. The reality is that I didn't and here I am.

I googled Mental health Retreat and I came across Renew Health Retreat. Out of all the Retreat, this Retreat to suit me the best, as I didn't want to go down the clinical path. I emailed and I received a very quick response. I didn't dive too deeply, I just knew something needed to happen and soon.

I arrived and was taken aback at how beautiful, peaceful, light, open and comfortable the accommodation was. Everything I needed was provided and more. This 8 days has absolutely changed my life. I am so much more aware of the damage caused by alcohol and how I was in a kind of state of numbness. I have learned to let go of so much baggage that has been weighing me down for years. So much guilt and shame. I learned so much about myself, my self worth, who I am and how to grow.

The Chef provide me with food and regreshment were very tasty and nutritional. The massages were the best I have ever experienced and the Pilates teacher was so soft and caring. Meditation helped me to gain peace, calm and insite into myself and it is a definite take away.

Thanks Jaye, I wouldn't change a thing. Each thing had its place in your powerful program and what I have gained is priceless.

Wow! What an experience and one I'll never Forget. I didn't know what to expect. I didn't expect a beautiful 90 minute massage to relax and feel comfortable, on arrival.My masseuse had magic hands. I am so glad that I opted for a more individual self discovering Retreat, as opposed to a more clinical approach.

I came to Renew with baggage and I didn't realiseI how much shame, guilt and self hatred I had learned about myself over the years. When my therapists worked with me, I felt all those years of beating myself up leave my heart and body, to be left with a lightness and calmness I've never felt before.

Everything about the Retreat was amazing to me. My facilitator/Therapist was the most insightful, knowledgable man, I have had the pleasure to be counselled by and to meet. The massages were so beautiful and professional and the Restorative Pilates and Meditation, I will take home with me and make these practices a priority. I have a new found love of Vegan, Plantbased tasty and food, thanks to my chef.

Being a part of the Renew Health Retreat Program has been the most valuable and beneficial gift I could have given myself. Being in Bali in a magical setting at the Retreat here, has been the perfect place for stopping, and to start healing in this very nurturing, calming, idyllic location.

As a result of being in Bali, I have had to only think about me for the first time in a very very long time. I have walked away from this program much lighter and I feel as though I am floating. I love myself so much more and believe I am actually quite ok as a person, just being me. OUR FIRST BALI RETREAT BACK IN 2.5 YEARS! Woohoo! My decision to attend the Renew Health Retreat for 10 Days in Bali, was the best gift I have ever given myself. My initial contact with Jaye was great, she was informative, warm, understanding and made me feel safe. Prior to my Retreat Jaye organised extra nights and a day trip with my wonderful tour guide Made. I arrived back so happy and exhilerated. I also witnessed Ubud Bali, including our beautiful Retreat Centre, opening up slowly like a lotus flower, after having no guests for 2.5 years. It was such a blessing to be part of this. During my retreat, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I was supported and nurtured beyond my expectations. I enjoyed all the food options. Breakfast overlooking the pool, every morning, with awesome fresh fruit and other options. I loved my room, clean, tidy and a great zen view of the Retreat. The Balanese staff were all helpfull and smiling and I felt special. The Retreat is an oasis of peace and tranquility, where I was able to experience physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. My personalised treatment plan, that suited my specific requirements has helped me to reconnect with a more basic and natural way of being. My counsellors were so supportive, compassionate, non-judgemental and relatable. The therapy sessions, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, massages, yoga, afternoon walks, and other recreational activities, all amongst the scenic landscapes and small villages, rich in history and culture, have helped me gain perspective, and put healthy habits in place. Returning to life, I'm feeling clear minded, happy and productive. I have more energy and viality, and excitement for my future. I feel confident, calm, relaxed, my mind is switched on and I also have my smile back. I now know how to set boundaries and relieve stress. My biggest takeaway is that I am always Worthy no matter what and that life is full of experiences and even though I don't know the outcome, I can always enjoy my own unique journey in life. I can fully recommend Renew Health Retreat. It has 'renewed'my life. The entire program was perfect!

What an experience. I came into this 10 Days with no real expectation on how much it would help and benefit me. I came after a long journey of being in a pretty dark place mentally, and I finally felt that I needed some help. The five hour daily sessions were so great, as it allowed me the time to tell my life experience and come to breakthroughs during teachings. They created such an open and calming space for me to be vulnerable. They offered an education that I could relate back to my own belief system and experiences.

I feel my outlook on myself and my life has completely shifted and this has made me grateful for all the experiences I have ever had, as they made me who I am today. The afternoon sessions, whether that be massage, yoga, restorative pilates and grief and trauma release, were also ways to unwind and keep your body in check. The food was absolutely amazing and filled with the nutrients to keep your energy for the duration of the stay.

I really am so eternally grateful to all the staff for creating a space of transparency, patience, respect and amazing teachings, that I truly believe will change the course of my life toa more peaceful, present ,and grateful existence.
